Development of a long-term IT strategy, blueprint of the future IT organization and IT operations model. Within the scope of an IT strategy project, the organizational as well as operational structures incl. IT service management and processes, the key IT projects and data center set-up have been analysed and suitable options for future action were developed. In particular, S.A.T. concepts work entailed the IT analysis (Hardware, Software, IT organisation), the development of an IT strategy and roadmap as well as the assessment of future options for IT operations.
