Project Director for the strategic realignment of the information technology at Flemming Dental, one of the leading suppliers of dental products in Germany, operating nationwide through a group of approximately 40 dental laboratories. By order of the board, the project involved the development of a strategic IT roadmap incl. project and service portfolio, the realignment of the IT organization, system architecture and key projects as well as the IT concept for the group’s technology center.
