Overall project director for the IT carve-out of IDS GmbH from Deutsche Telekom AG and T-Systems. Within the framework of the MERKUR program all IT/C systems, infrastructure components and ERP solutions were carved out from the corporate environment and transferred into IT operations of the Getronics Group in the UK and Germany.
