CARITAS ASSOCIATION OF THE DIOCESE WÜRZBURG

Program lead and Governance for the overall program “Caritas Digital 21”. With the program “Caritas Digital 21”, the Caritas association for the Diocese Würzburg, for the 1st time in its history, creates an IT platform for its associates which enables them to benefit from information technology in a reasonable, effective, compliant and efficient way, independently of their size. S.A.T. concepts work entailed the IT analysis (Hardware, Software, IT organisation), the development of an IT strategy and roadmap, management of the tendering of the entire IT operations and the implementation of a variety of large-scale applications (Care, work scheduling) and systems (DC, WLAN, WAN). Additional areas of work included the accompanying risk - and quality management, the management of the IT outsourcing as well as the implementation of an IT service organisation based on the ITIL standard.
