Overall project lead for the IT carve-out of Hellanor AS (today NDS Group) from the German Hella Group, one of the global leaders in automotive spare parts. Within the framework of the HELLANOR program all IT/C systems, infrastructure components and ERP solutions were carved out from the corporate environment and transferred into the IT operations of NDS Group’s warehouse, administration and sales locations in Norway.

Overall project lead for the IT carve-out of Granovit SA from the American Cargill Group, one of the global leaders in animal feed. Within the framework of the GRAIN program all IT/C systems, infrastructure components and ERP solutions were carved out from the corporate environment and transferred into the IT operations of Granovit’s production and administration locations in Switzerland and Germany.

Program lead and Governance for the overall program “Caritas Digital 21”. With the program “Caritas Digital 21”, the Caritas association for the Diocese Würzburg, for the 1st time in its history, creates an IT platform for its associates which enables them to benefit from information technology in a reasonable, effective, compliant and efficient way, independently of their size. S.A.T. concepts work entailed the IT analysis (Hardware, Software, IT organisation), the development of an IT strategy and roadmap, management of the tendering of the entire IT operations and the implementation of a variety of large-scale applications (Care, work scheduling) and systems (DC, WLAN, WAN). Additional areas of work included the accompanying risk - and quality management, the management of the IT outsourcing as well as the implementation of an IT service organisation based on the ITIL standard.

Development of a long-term IT strategy, blueprint of the future IT organization and IT operations model. Within the scope of an IT strategy project, the organizational as well as operational structures incl. IT service management and processes, the key IT projects and data center set-up have been analysed and suitable options for future action were developed. In particular, S.A.T. concepts work entailed the IT analysis (Hardware, Software, IT organisation), the development of an IT strategy and roadmap as well as the assessment of future options for IT operations.

Within the framework of the PHOENIX program all IT/C systems, infrastructure components and ERP solutions were carved out from the corporate environment and transferred into IT operations of the Getronics Group in the UK.

The IT is responsible here for approximately 23,000 employees in close to 1,400 facilities (e. g. day care centers, public libraries, congregations and educational institutions). On behalf of the diocese management, the organizational as well as operational structures incl. IT service management, data center set-up and the key IT projects have been realigned within the scope of the overall project.

Conceptual design for the strategic realignment of the information technology at AutoBank Group, one of the leading banks for mobility financing and the deposit business in Germany and Austria. The project involved the development of a strategic IT roadmap incl. project- and service portfolio, the realignment of the IT organization, system architecture and key projects as well as the IT design for the group's affiliated companies.
