Development of a long-term IT strategy, blueprint of the future IT organization and IT operations model. IT will be responsible here for approximately 16,000 employees in close to 1,100 facilities (e. g. day care centers, Caritas locations, congregations and educational institutions). Within the scope of the IT strategy project, the organizational as well as operational structures incl. IT service management, data center set-up and the key IT projects have been analyzed and suitable options for action were developed.
