Overall project lead for the IT carve-out of Hellanor AS (today NDS Group) from the German Hella Group, one of the global leaders in automotive spare parts. Within the framework of the HELLANOR program all IT/C systems, infrastructure components and ERP solutions were carved out from the corporate environment and transferred into the IT operations of NDS Group’s warehouse, administration and sales locations in Norway.
